100% of the fabric is inspected before dispatching to cutting section
Quality control section is applied after cutting of marker and before feeding to production lines
In line quality which is performed by a team of inspectors during cutting, preparation and sewing stages.
Out line quality which is performed by six inspectors at the end of each line and random sample of are then chosen and inspected by the supervisor and quality control audit reports are submitted to the management accordingly
After washing inspection this is performed after the washing and before backing and final trimming is made in addition to the final inspection
Final inspection after pressing, the garments are hanged and the final look is taken for each garment prior to packing
Final audit after packing a random samples are taken fro the packed cartons, and complete size and defects inspection are performed before shipment by special trained auditor.
Storing
Storing is divided into 3 parts:
Ø Fabric and trims storage
Ø Chemicals storage
Ø Final product storage
Storage are managed by a stores manager, and two skilled store keepers and 2 helpers
Ø Daily reports and complete monitoring are performed by planning and financial departments
